Archer Family Health Care remains open for patients. However, if you are experiencing symptoms consistent with coronavirus, or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed, please CALL AFHC prior to coming in (352 265-2550).
Patients can schedule an appointment at the clinic to receive the vaccine free of charge! Boosters are available to those aged 50 and over, and immunocompromised individuals, who received their last vaccination at least 4 months ago

Our nurse practitioners are supported by a full team of health care professionals including a consulting physician, community health nurse, psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner and practice manager.
The College of Nursing’s nurse-managed practice provides primary and mental health services to rural residences, who may not otherwise have access to care or the ability to pay.
