About Us

Archer Family Health Care, located in the rural town of Archer, Florida, is the College’s first nurse-managed health care practice and offers adult, pediatric, psychiatric and women’s health care.

Archer Family Health Care offers high-quality health care for children, adults and families in Archer and surrounding areas. Managed by the University of Florida College of Nursing, this practice brings outstanding health care right to you.

Our family nurse practitioners are supported by a full team of health care professionals including a consulting physician, case manager, community health nurse, psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner, and practice manager.

Archer Family Health Care is a Recognized Level 2 Patient-Centered Medical Home™ (PCMH™) Practice by the NCQA. The NCQA PCMH Recognition Program is the most widely adopted evaluation program of its kind in the country, with only a little more than 12,000 practices nationwide that earn this prestigious qualification. Research shows that Patient Centered Medical Homes improve quality and patient experience, while reducing health care costs.
